Taxonomy
Agathodes sp 1. An unnamed series in the BMNH close to A. ostentalis Geyer separated out by Munroe as his Agathodes sp 12.
Description
This morphotype has a FW with a particularly bright pink curved fascia and margin. These specimens resemble several Asian specimens identified as the new world sp. A. monstralis Guenée, 1854. The exact nature of the A. ostentalis group needs further investigation.
