Taxonomy
Agrioglypta sp. 5. An unnamed series in the BMNH and the Schulze Coll.
Description
A sp. with the larger post median white patch on the FW produced into a sharp ‘beak’ near the marginal area, similar to A. malayana or A. itysalis. Note the pale ochreous submarginal fascia which is not present in those spp.. The tegulae are very long and shining white. Dorsally the abdomen is pale yellow with longitudinal brown lines delineating the white sides. The males have short dark hair scales on the tips of the abdomen. Schulze (2000) taxon #055.
