Taxonomy
Holotype, Sabah, Penungah. The holotype of Banisia interalbicans Warren, 1897:379 from Sabah, is in the NHM (Mi7347).
ms comb. n. to Calindoea (Shaffer, 1991 LepIndex).
Description
This is a small to medium sized reddish brown species similar to C. elongatalis (Hampson, 1897). The HW has a distinct antemedian fascia and the FW has a pale apical patch.
