Taxonomy
Caprinia sp. 2 is represented by a single specimen in the Schulze Coll., from Sabah, PHS.
Description
A very pale grey-brown morphotype with a dark brown and buff FW subcostal area the darker brown restricted to the line of the subcostal vein, the buff extends to the apex. There is a darker spot on the costa near the apex of the FW where a subtermenal fascia would start. The HW is grey-buff with a scatter of darker scales concentrated on an indistinct post median fascia.The head is pale buff with recurved dark brown palpi with buff tips, the patagium is dark brown. The thorax is pale buff with long tegulae and the mainly pale buff abdomen is brown, dorsally, near the base.
