Taxonomy
Dichocrocis sp. 19. A specimen photographed by David Fischer. Generic placement uncertain.
Description
This sp. is typical of the pandamalis group. It has usual bright yellow colour with large black spots. On the FW the postmedial fascia is limited to a short black line at the costa. Note also the FW has no discal spot and a subapical spot is present. This sp. is very similar to Dichocrocis sp. 20 but that lacks a subapical spot on the FW. See Conogethes cliolalis & C. erixantha which are superficially similar.
