Taxonomy
Brunei, Bkt. Pagon Epaena sp. 3 is an unnamed specimen (abdomen detached) in the NHM (Mi7358).
Description
A small to medium sized species with a silvery white background and darker reddish grey markings. The FW coastal base is darker. The pattern is similar on the Un but a pale pink. The silver abdomen is unbanded. This may be one of the species resembling E. complicatalis mentioned by RTS:135. See Epaena sp. 10 which is superficially similar but has less dense markings.
