Description
The male antennal rami are about 1.5 times the width of the shaft. A species with wing patterning very similar to H. brunneola and H. deminuta. The transverse fascia of the HW is darker than these species and the FW, posteriad to the cell, is much more distinctly spotted with pale areas. The costal and apical blackish marks are very weak. On the HW the subbasal fascia is extended along the costa to the median fascia and the median fascia is slightly constricted centrally and markedly expanded at the inner margin. & Description above
