Taxonomy
Hydrorybina sp. 1 specimens from GTE seen in the HSB Coll. two poor specimens from PHS are in the Schulze Coll.
Description
A pale pink-brown sp with a faint disco-ocellular stigma. The patterning is simple with narrow brown straight submedian and a curving,post-median line on the FW and a single straight narrow brown submarginal line on the HW which finishes about halfway across the wing where the basal area is pale. The termenal margins are pale brown a. Similar to H. polusalis (Walker, 1880) but the submedian line on the FW is almost straight, not strongly curved. Specimens from Sabah are marginally larger than those from GTE. Schulze (2000) taxa #800 & 801
