Taxonomy
The holotype of Microchilo elgrecoi Bleszynski, 1966: 464-466, figs 15, 36, pl. 40 fig. 8. The holotype is from Sumatra (Fort de Kock). Morphotypes from Sabah in the BMNH and MfNH (Berlin). Identified by T. Leger as Microchilo.
Description
The FW is a shining silvery grey and rich brown. An almost straight white line crosses in the postmedian position (in some specimens this is less obvious). A series of black, interneural spots are arrayed from the FW apex. The HW is geyish white with slightly darker veins. Photo of same specimen as RTS (1994).
