The antemedian line is curved on the FW and almost straight on the HW. The post median line on both wings is looped being withdrawn proximally to the median position half way across the wing. Likewise the sub termenal lines are withdrawn proximally before reaching the tornus. Both the termenae have a narrow dark orange line. The head thorax and abdomen are mainly fulvous with paler intersegmental bands, The tegulae are long. Underneath it has a broad, shining white neck collar. The males have a grey, pen-knife-like tibial sheath for hair pencils, on their middle legs which end in pale tarsi.
