Taxonomy
The holotype of Roxita mululella Gaskin, 1984 (:30, figs 5, 14) is in the BMNH. TL Sarawak (Mulu, Gng Api Pinnacles).
Description
The falcate FW is fulvous and there is a scattering of dark scales across the middle of the wing. An apical triangle is cut off by a transverse white line. A pale bluish antemedian line with darker margins points towards the termen and then angles abruptly as pale curving line to the rear (inner) margin. A similar pale line angles from the apex towards the post median position on the inner margin. There is a large and a very small black spot close to the tornus. The fringes are long and partly suffused with black and with silvery metalic scales on the FW specimen as RTS (1994 fig. 8). It differs from Roxita apicella Gaskin, 1984 and Roxita subapicella (Shaffer MS name) in its blue markings and black suffusions. Gaskin (1984: 20-22) gives a key to spp.
