Taxonomy
Sufetula sp. 2, similar to Sufetula sunidesalis Walker in patterning. Two small partly spread specimens in the BMNH accessions boxes. One from Sabah (PHS) and another from Brunei (nr. Maura, Kg. Kapok).
Description
A small brown sp. The FW is dark brown with a pale, sinuous post-median line. The FW costa has a series of small white lunules and there is a very small discoidal spot. The HW is pale brown with a distinct white post median line. The head thorax and abdomen are brown. The baseal segment of the abdomen is a darker brown and the intersegmental membranes are paler. The antennae are brown with white annulations. The short porrect palpi appear complex, presenting a ‘spikey’ appearance.
