Taxonomy

Crambinae; unknown genus sp. 1. Un-named specimens from Sabah (in the MfNH Berlin, Schulze & the I.T.B.C. Borneensis Colls.

Description

A relatively common species of higher ground. grey-white sp. with the FW speckled with black scales and a broad grey-black submarginal fascia also present on the HW which is very pale grey-brown with obvious darker veins. The long fringes are shining white with a brownish line at their bases. The thorax and abdomen are grey-brown with pale inter-segmental marking. The head has large porrect furry palps.
