Taxonomy
Unknown genus sp. 1. A pyraustine commonly encountered in upland Sabah (Mt. Kinabalu, KML).
Description
A rather dowdy grey brown moth with two small sub apical patches of fulvous brown on the FW costa. The FW has a diffuse darker spot in the cell and indistinct neural spots at the termen. The HW is uniformly speckled with grey brown scales but has a difuse central spot and indications of neural spots on the termen. The head, thorax and abdomen and appendages are uniformly grey-brown but the abdomen shows pale intersegmental rings.
