Taxonomy
The holotype of Lygropia leucocepsalis Hampson 1912, 562 is from Borneo, Sabah (Sandakan). Probably not correctly placed in Lygropia in LepIndex & Globiz. It may be an exclusively New World genus. We are provisionally treating it as Glauconoe Warren, 1892: 296.
Description
A pearly mushroom colour with broad rounded silky wings. Virtually without markings on both upperside and underside, although a very faint stigma may be present. Note the white frons and vertex. Similar to G. ciniferalis (Walker, 1865 [1866]:1417).
