Taxonomy

Sulawesi. The holotype of Symphleps perfusa (Warren, 1902: 343) is from Sulawesi (Bonthain). The type material is in the NHM (Mi7425).

Description

S.perfusa is very similar to S.ochracea and S. atomosalis but it is slightly smaller and is without any tiny white stigmata on Up and Un FW. Moreover the white spots along the FW costa are considerably larger. White rings are present on the lower half of the antennae. See S. atomosalis for separation of this species.
